Is cord blood storage HSA/FSA eligible?

Unfortunately, cord blood storage is not covered by the HSA or FSA unless it is treating an existing or imminently probable disease. If it is, cord blood storage is FSA eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
