Can I cancel my order?

As a quick breakdown:

If you cancel after you purchase, but before we ship you your kit, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
If you cancel after we ship you your kit, but before we process your stem cells, we will refund any banking fees you may have paid at that point with one of our upfront or flex pay options; however, the initial kit fee of $199 is non-refundable.
If you would like to cancel after you have given birth and we have processed your stem cells, termination will depend on which plan you have chosen.

For our 8-year, interest-free Pay Later (monthly) option, please speak with an Anja Specialist to get more information.
If you elect to choose our Flex Pay option where you pay 20% upfront, we allow for cancellations of your plan with a $199 cancellation fee.

We understand hardships come up, which is why we will approve up to a 90-day payment delay per year without incurring a late fee for any customer – no questions asked.

If you’re pregnant, you can freeze your umbilical cord and placenta stem cells to use for future disease treatment.
